‘Capital Curries’ at the Park Hotel

2_1Bay News Network, Visakapatnam: A carefully selected International classics of dish, that is very much Indian, is what Chef Srinath Sambandan will present at Vista, The Park, named “Capital Curries”. The dishes represent the culinary transformation internationally, of the very basic of our cuisine ethos – The Curry!. The festival is on between 16th and 24th of June, for lunch and dinner.

Chef Srinath said the interesting menu features preparations like Chaozhou Ga Li – From Guangdong on the south China Sea, a mildly spiced chicken curry, topped with chilli garlic oil, Hotate Yaki Kare – Japanese Curry topped with egg & baked, Daktoritang – Spicy Korean curried potato stew, Gulai Kambing – Indonesian curry, mildly spiced, Ca Ri Khoai Tay Bo – Buttery Vietnamese shallot curry with potato, a Khmer Samior Kari Moan – Cambodian coconut with sweet potato & chilli paste and a unique “Big Dance” Curry – Jamaican curry with allspice & thyme amongst many other varieties. The “Bonanza” here, being that any of these curries can be selected for preparation of your favorite vegetable or meat allowing for sheer indulgence.
