Bay News Network, Visakhapatnam: The Chief Election Commissioner Banwarlal asked the Krishna District  Election officials to submit a report on the Election Affidavit of the Secondary Education Minister Partha Saradhi. Minister Partha Saradhi was recently convicted for  voilation of FERA with two months imprisonment.

Retired IAS Officer EAS Sarma gave a complaint to the State Chief  Election Commissioner Banwarlal stating that Partha Saradhi had intentionally concealed the FERA case in his Election Affidavit in 2009. Basing on EAS Sarma’s Complaint Banwarlal asked the District Election Commission officials a detailed report. If the allegations are  proved Partha Saradhi’s Election will be declared null and void  and debarred for Six years from Contesting in the Elections in the future, experts  said.
